AIAugmented Intentyour intent, extended by agents

It’s not about working more. It’s about working smarter.

From idea to a working product. AI agents speed up the work; clear processes and verification keep the result reliable.

Approach

People decide. Agents build.

To me, AI means Augmented Intent: your intent, extended by agents. You set the direction, agents carry it out.

01

Intent

A human decides what we build, and why.

02

Execution

The code gets written while you sleep.

03

Verification

Review and tests, then you check the result.

04

Release

Automatic release, with a safe way back.

Services

Two ways in. One approach.

I build and rescue systems, from plan to production.

Technology is no longer the bottleneck. I build faster and more reliably — with AI agents in a proven, tested process.

  • System review2 days to 1 week

I review the architecture, code, database, security, performance and release process. You get a written report of risks and recommendations ranked by priority, and a clear picture of where to start.

  • Project rescue2–6 weeks

I stabilise projects that are late, failing in production or left without a team, and hand them over in good order.

  • Ongoing developmentMonthly retainer

A long-term engagement, shaped around what you need.

I pass the know-how on to your team.

Your team already works with Claude Code or Codex, with mixed results. I put the guardrails in place so agent output stays reliable and verifiable.

  • Team workshop1 day

A hands-on workshop: how to set up a process with agents, and which steps are critical. Your team leaves with the know-how and materials to improve faster.

  • Team rollout2 weeks

Together with your team I build guardrails, tests and verification into your development process, and we run it on real tasks until it works without me.

  1. You write to me

A few sentences about the project or problem.

  2. A short call

30 minutes to understand where you are.

  3. A proposal

Scope, timeline and how we work together.

About

From planets to production.

I’m Tadej, a developer from Kranj. I take projects from idea to production.

I started with maths and Unity, where I built Procedural Planets and Stars (opens in a new tab). At Creatim (opens in a new tab) I went from backend developer to head of development and, among other things, led the build of Alma (opens in a new tab), the AI travel guide on slovenia.info (opens in a new tab). At OFIS42 I was a backend engineer building Sivix (opens in a new tab) with AI, a grocery price-comparison app.
